Alby Marsh is from Plant and Food Research (PFR), Palmerston North, New Zealand. Alby’s role is Stakeholder Relationship Manager-Māori , responsible for connecting Māori and science by increasing understanding of the benefits of RS&T. Responsibilities include growing the relationship with Iwi(tribes) and connecting scientists with communities through a developed engagement strategy. A participant member to committees including NZ Agricultural Greenhouse Gas Research Centre(NZAGRC), NZ Food Safety Science and Research Centre(NZFSSRC) and National Science Challenges, Biological Heritage(BH) and High Value Nutrition(HVN). Alby is Deputy Chair of Te Ara Putaiao, the collective of Māori managers from the Crown Research Institutes (CRI's)
