Toni Petronaitis
Toni Petronaitis is a cereal pathologist at NSW Department of Industry. Toni recently completed her Bachelor of Science with Honours in Microbiology at the University of New England, Armidale. During this time she was awarded the Australian Society for Microbiology Prize. Based at the Tamworth Agricultural Institute, Toni is part of the Cereal Disease Management team who provide integrated disease management, disease surveillance and extension to the northern grains region of NSW. Toni is primarily working on the national Crown Rot project and is interested in developing new strategies to minimise the impact of microbial diseases on cereal production.
