Eileen S Scott

Eileen Scott (PhD) is the J. A. T. Mortlock Professor of Plant Pathology at the University of Adelaide. She has over 25 years of experience in teaching and research on fungal and bacterial plant diseases of plants, mainly grapevines, horticultural crops and pulses. Research on grapevine diseases has included diagnosis, epidemiology and management of powdery and downy mildew and eutypa dieback. She has supervised over 40 higher degree by research students to successful completion. Eileen is a Fellow of APPS and was President of the Society 2013-15.
